Manage

We believe that you should retain ownership of your data and therefore don’t claim ownership of this for ourselves. You will need to check with the suppliers of your devices/original data sources for their stance on this issue.

Your data is securely stored on the AWS (Amazon Web Services) platform. You can find out more about this on our Data Storage page

Your data is transferred over to a JSON format that can then be compared to one another. When you choose to extract the data you can then select the format you wish to export in. This can be CSV, XML or JSON.

Process

Processed data is shown via a selected widget on a dashboard, as tabular data in a report or exported directly to a third party solution of your choosing.

Category: Process

In the platform, there is a collection of widgets available for you to process your data. This could be running calculations against inputs or setting minimums and maximums to set events. If there isn’t a widget available a custom widget can be developed for you.

Category: Process

Yes. Our widgets allow for the setup of various inputs and required outcomes. If there is an expected outcome that is not available we are more than happy to discuss the development of a custom solution that meets your business needs. Contact us about a Custom Solution.
