Billing

Yes. For all plans that are over the equivalent of $500 per month, an invoice can be issued with payments to be made by bank transfer only (cheques, money orders or other methods of payment will NOT be accepted). All invoices are issued one month in advance on the 1st day of the month and must be paid within 30 days to avoid account suspension.

Yes. You can log in to the payment gateway and change your payment details. If you pay via invoice please contact us directly via email accounts@datacooee.com with your account details.

Yes. All subscriptions that are equivalent to or less than $500 per month must be paid via credit card. We do not offer an invoicing system for these plans.
